Description

New IR35 regulation, due April 2020, will mean that private sector businesses hiring contractors will be responsible for determining their IR35 status. Businesses and contractors should start preparing for this change as soon as possible. Are you ready for this?

IR35 legislation ensures that UK contractors pay the same tax and National Insurance contributions as an equivalent employee would. New IR35 changes will transfer responsibility from contractors to large and medium companies to assess IR35 status.

Kindly hosted by Barlow Robbins Solicitors LLP and organised by Working Smart Limited, this event will explain the legal aspects of this legislation and explore the business challenges and process changes needed. This will be followed by general discussion and Q&A session.

The event will take place on Wednesday 13th November 2019, from 8.00am until 10.00am, at Barlow Robbins’ offices in Woking, Surrey.
