EXPLORE YOUR CAREER Zone at PETEX 2016, is aimed at anyone from graduates to experienced E&P professionals, the employed and the currently unemployed, those wishing to set up a business and those running a business. It is intended to be a feedstock of ideas and resources for individuals and companies to make the most of the current economic conditions.

The EXPLORE YOUR CAREER zone will be hosted by Working Smart and Zinc Consultants. Over this 3 day event, these Companies will host ‘Career Clinics’ and one to one appointments will be available to discuss for example:

CV and Cover Letters Consultation
Preparing for Interview
Overview of the Current Market
Social media advice
Becoming a Consultant
Setting up in Business
Continuous Training
Transferrable Skills

The clinics will be scheduled at 20 minute intervals throughout the day. There may be additional capacity at the show for further clinics.

Working Smart is a specialised petroleum recruitment company, now in its 20th year providing consultants and permanent staff to the global upstream oil and gas industry.
Zinc Consultants is a recruitment consultancy, now in its 4th year, specialising in the placement into senior technical and executive level roles across the energy sector.
