Description
Carbon Capture & Storage has been for some while a technology that's been said to be much in need but has never arrived. A bit of a 'Cinderella' that has either not been scaled up sufficiently or not had its costs driven down - with the net result that it has been perceived as 'uneconomic'.
However, views are changing as the Majors - at least the European ones - respond to pressure over emissions; as a result there are now two strongly backed CCS projects in NW Europe, one in the UK and one in Norway.
Rather than focussing on the technicalities of CCS - which are adequately dealt with here - this Webinar will review all the latest developments in this rapidly emerging, and changing, field

Where are the 'Advantaged Hydrocarbons'?

Description
If you accept the premise that we should be finding 'Advantaged Hydrocarbons' - which have two apparently conflicting demands, namely that they sit at the front end of the cost curve and allow for the elimination from operations of both emissions (CO2 and CH4) and flaring then the next obvious question is 'Where will they be found?'
In this Webinar five guest speakers will have the opportunity to 'champion' one region (or basin) which they can demonstrate can meet, or at least aspire to meet, these two demands!
Followed by Q&A of course……

Description
Making business processes and complex projects easier, faster, and more consistent from start to finish.
he pandemic has pushed the oil and gas industry to automate NOW. Robotic Process Automation has taken on an even more critical role in a post-pandemic world as cost takeout and operational resilience become the core focus of oil and gas companies today.
RPA can reduce the number of employees needed to do the work, raise the quality of work, remove mundane tasks, reduce the amount of time it takes to complete a task and lower operating costs.
And while some oil and gas companies are taking advantage of RPA technology in some form - most are not capturing the significant value it offers. RPA innovators like Suncor, Shell, Equinor and more are gathering at RPA in Oil & Gas Online on April 8th to share their journey with you.
This year’s event is online, and is bringing together over 500 oil and gas leaders to discuss:
From starting up to scaling up: How to roll out RPA on an enterprise level Leveraging Data in Process Oriented Systems to Fast-Track Continuous Improvement Initiatives RPA Pilot Program Essentials: The Nuts and Bolts Getting your employees to trust RPA technology tools to help make better decisions and add value? How to identify the capabilities your organization missing – that robots can do Delivering tangible results and demonstrating the value of RPA in your organization Pairing RPA with other intelligent automation technologies How RPA can free up your employees to do more value added work and achieve more on a daily basis
